Overview

innoventif EyeSDN is a Call Recording solution capable of capturing calls from different lines, devices, locations and manage them all from a simple Windows interface.

Its unique design allows you to easily record calls from multiple interfaces like E1/PRI, BRI/S0, Analog (FXS/FXO) and SIP (Trunk/User). And all of them, at the same time and using a single PC.

Tested on a wide variety of systems our solutions are successfully working on Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Skype for Business, Panasonic, NEC, Asterisk, Freeswitch, 3CX and Mitel customers.

EyeSDN SIP Software is installed and ready to setup.

First Setup

Now we’ll proceed uploading the Demo License.

1. Run the Recording Service Configuration Tool and create a new SIP capture device: SIP device

2. Select the option Install a license file. If you don’t have it yet please Request Here.

3. Upload the License file.

4. If everything is correct the License state will show valid

5. Last step is selecting the Ethernet interface that will be used for Calls capture. If you have only one interface, it will be automatically selected.

6. The new SIP capture device is ready for Call Recording.

By default, EyeSDN SIP will record all UDP calls registered on port 5060 going through the selected Ethernet interface. Therefore you’ll only be able to detect and record the calls initiated or received on your Demo PC but you have two options to wider this coverage: setting up Port Mirroring on your Ethernet Switch or using our CallRecording Ethernet TAP.

Final Tests

1. Run the Interactive Client and add the Host “localhost”

2. Interactive Client will monitor all SIP calls in realtime. For demonstration purposes we’ll use an X-Lite client connected to our PBX or SIP service provider, this case, Panasonic PBX.

3. You’ll see that all calls are detected and new recordings are shown in the Call Browser automatically.
